Are the designer bags selling on the LuxuBags authentic or replica?
We can confirm they are replica bags. However, we are very honest sellers and do not try to pass off counterfeit as genuine.

Does the bags come with packaging and dust bag like original?
Most bags come with brand packaging boxes and dust bags, only a small number of larger bags do not (like 45cm length). Our packaging is excellent and very close to the original packaging. Of course, you can also choose not to have the box packaging, which will save you some shipping costs.

Are the photos on LuxuBags of the actual products?
Yes. To accurately represent the products, we insist on using for real-product photography. However, due to differences in monitors, there may be slight color variations. Also, please note that products are constantly being improved and updated, and the website images may not always be updated immediately.

Is it safe to shop here?
It’s very safe. We are a business that has been operating for many years, and our sales heavily rely on repeat customers. We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards and Apple Pay. Regardless of the payment method, we will ensure the security of your purchase and provide consistent products and services.

Do the product prices include customs duties and taxes?
Based on our data over many years, customs duties are incurred in less than 5% of cases, meaning that in over 95% of cases, there will be no customs duties or taxes.

How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
Bags are usually packaged and shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. During holidays or special events, shipping times may be slightly delayed, and we will notify you in advance.

Which shipping carriers do you use? How long does delivery take?
We primarily use USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and EMS. Shipping to most regions takes approximately 10 days.
After shipping, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to track your package in real time.

Is the package insured during transit?
Yes. If the package is confirmed lost or damaged during transit, we will take full responsibility.

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. To protect your privacy and security, our shipping packaging uses sturdy, neutral cardboard boxes without prominent brand logos. You will only see the exquisite product packaging inside after opening the outer box.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a limited return service. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.

Important prerequisite: The returned item must be in its original condition, brand new, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags, security seals, dust bags, accessories, and documentation intact.
Note: Some special items (such as customized items, clearance items, or pre-owned items explicitly marked as non-returnable) may not be eligible for returns without cause.

How long does it take for the refund to arrive?
After our warehouse receives your returned package and completes the inspection (confirming that the item’s condition meets the return standards), we will usually process the refund within 3-5 business days. The actual time it takes for the refund to arrive depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment institution.

Who pays for the return shipping?
If the return is due to a product quality issue or an incorrect item being shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to personal preference, due to the high cost of international logistics, the return shipping costs will usually be borne by you, or we will deduct the corresponding logistics fees from the refund amount.
